The owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to listen to or address our concerns. I’ve never written a negative review for a restaurant before, but this experience genuinely made me very upset！ We ordered the eel dish, after several of us tried it, we all felt that the eel had a very strong and unusual fishy smell and taste. We all enjoy eel and have eaten it at many restaurants, so this did not seem normal to us. We politely asked our server if we could return the dish or exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, the owner refused to discuss the issue and said she had been running the restaurant for 16 years and that “no one has ever complained about this dish.” When we explained that we felt the fish was not fresh, she responded, “You ordered fish. Fish is like this.”And she said it is packaged fish. We tried to find a reasonable solution, but she simply turned around and walked away. I have never experienced such dismissive customer service at a restaurant. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we simply wanted our concern to be heard and addressed. To make matters worse, another dish we ordered was never served and was completely overlooked

Extremely Disappointing Food and Service We ordered the eel, and the first issue was that the actual dish looked completely different from the picture on the menu. The portion was much smaller than what was shown, yet it cost $27.95. Unfortunately, the taste was even worse. We can normally tolerate the natural fishy taste of seafood, but the smell and taste of this eel were extremely strong and difficult to swallow. All six of us tried it and none of us could accept it. We brought this to the owner’s attention, but instead of apologizing or offering any solution, the owner simply said that no one had complained about this dish in 16 years. First of all, not everyone orders this particular dish. Secondly, the fact that no one complained in 16 years does not mean there was nothing wrong with the dish we were served today. What was most unacceptable was the owner’s attitude. There was no apology, no replacement, no refund, and no attempt to remake the dish. We did not eat a single bite of the eel, yet we still had to pay for it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the owner actually gave us an attitude and walked away. Quiet afternoon lunch on a Saturday. Place wasn't very busy and sat down right away. Food or spot on Korean and the Bulgogi was hot and delicious. All the sides were also delicious with sprouts, cucumber, tofu and of course kimchi. Prices for most dishes were around $20. Short ribs which I would have liked to try was a little out of my price range of $33 for one person. overall very good and will be returning to try other things.

This is my and my family’s favorite local Korean restaurant. The staff are attentive and authentic. The food is delicious! You can’t go wrong here with any of the menu items. We have been coming here for years and we are treated like family

Oh my I had a great time here! The flavor was excellent and the portion was quite generous. I got the beef japchae with vegetables and it arrived quickly. The sides provided further flavor variety to an already great meal. The lady who served me was attentive and polite. I'll absolutely come again!
